Thank you for choosing The Sketchy Guest! By booking my illustration services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• A 20% deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks before the event.

• If full payment is not received by the 4-week deadline, I reserve the right to cancel the booking.
• In this situation, the deposit will remain non-refundable.

• Events within 15 miles of Belfast are included in the agreed price.
• Events outside 15 miles of Belfast will require an additional transport fee, which will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance.

• If you need to cancel your event for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will also be refunded where applicable.

• If there are any changes to your event (date, time, or location), please let me know as soon as possible.
• All changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.

• All illustrations created during your event remain the copyright of The Sketchy Guest.
• Clients and guests are very welcome to keep and enjoy their illustrations for personal use.
• The illustrations may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• I may photograph or scan illustrations for use on my website, portfolio, and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

• Any personal information you provide (such as names, email addresses, event details, or photos) will be used only for the purpose of managing your booking and providing my services.
• Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
• Images of illustrations may be used for promotional purposes as outlined above, but no personal data will be shared.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting me.

• While every effort will be made to attend and deliver services as agreed, I cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond my control (such as illness, severe weather, or travel disruption).

• Payment of the deposit confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
